How to Apply to Glen Oaks Co-op

All applicants to Glen Oaks Co-op fall into two categories:

  • Market Applications
  • Subsidized Housing Applicants

All applicants must complete an application form and then complete an interview with the membership committee whose recommendation must be approved by the Board of Directors of Glen Oaks.

Market rent applicants must return their completed application form to Glen Oaks.   Applications are available on the right side bar or you may obtain one from Glen Oaks management office.

Subsidized Housing Applicants

Subsidized housing applicants are required to fill out the HATCH (Halton Access to Community Housing) application form and submit it to:

Glen Oaks generally select residents based on the first come, first serve principle. Some applicants with unique circumstances receive special priority.

You should also keep your application information up-to-date. If you have a change in income, family composition or move, you should let us know immediately as this might have a bearing on your status on the waiting list.
